What happened?
This error occurs when QuickIssue needs a permission that hasn't been granted.
How to fix it
- Check app permissions
- Go to your device's Settings → Privacy
- Find QuickIssue in the app list
- Enable any required permissions
- Restart QuickIssue after granting permissions
